This page explains when refunds are available for Dataslug purchases, how cancellations work, and how to contact us if you believe you were charged in error.
This Refund Policy applies to purchases made for Dataslug services through our website. Dataslug is operated by Bundleman Ltd (replace this with your exact legal entity if different). By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to this Refund Policy together with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Because Dataslug is a digital subscription service that provides immediate access to paid features, search results, exports, and account functionality, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where:
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. Charges for a renewed monthly billing period are normally not refunded after the renewal has been processed, unless the renewal was charged in error or required by law.
Annual subscriptions renew automatically each year unless cancelled before the renewal date. After renewal, annual charges are generally non-refundable once the new billing period has started, except where a refund is required by law or the charge was made in error.
If you offer a one-time non-recurring access plan, that purchase is also generally non-refundable once access has been provided, except for duplicate charges, billing mistakes, or where required by law.
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the charge date at support [at] dataslug.com or via our contact page. Include your account email address, the payment date, the amount charged, and the reason for your request. We may request additional information to verify the charge.
We aim to review refund requests within 5 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be sent back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Once submitted, your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to post the refund to your account.
Where appropriate, we may issue a full refund or a partial refund. Any decision to issue a goodwill refund or partial refund is made on a case-by-case basis and does not waive our right to apply this policy in future cases.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the cancellation page or by contacting us. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period, and you will not be charged again unless you reactivate.
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals only. Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period, except where required by law or where we expressly agree otherwise.
If you have billing questions, refund requests, or cancellation issues, please contact:
You should replace the details above with your exact legal business name, support email, registered address (if you display it elsewhere on your site), and the same descriptor customers will recognise on their card statement.
