Refund Policy

This page explains when refunds are available for Dataslug purchases, how cancellations work, and how to contact us if you believe you were charged in error.

Overview
Important: This policy is intended to be clear and customer-facing for billing and card network review purposes. Make sure the business name shown here matches the business name and statement descriptor used in Stripe and on customer receipts.

Who this policy applies to

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made for Dataslug services through our website. Dataslug is operated by Bundleman Ltd (replace this with your exact legal entity if different). By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to this Refund Policy together with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Our general approach

Because Dataslug is a digital subscription service that provides immediate access to paid features, search results, exports, and account functionality, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where:

  • we are required to provide a refund under applicable law;
  • you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
  • the charge was made in error; or
  • we decide, at our sole discretion, that a refund is appropriate in the circumstances.
Subscriptions

Monthly plans

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. Charges for a renewed monthly billing period are normally not refunded after the renewal has been processed, unless the renewal was charged in error or required by law.

Annual plans

Annual subscriptions renew automatically each year unless cancelled before the renewal date. After renewal, annual charges are generally non-refundable once the new billing period has started, except where a refund is required by law or the charge was made in error.

One-off purchases

If you offer a one-time non-recurring access plan, that purchase is also generally non-refundable once access has been provided, except for duplicate charges, billing mistakes, or where required by law.

Refund eligibility

Cases where a refund may be granted

  • You were charged multiple times for the same order.
  • You cancelled correctly but were still billed afterwards.
  • There was a technical billing error on our side.
  • Your account was charged fraudulently and we are able to verify this.
  • A refund is otherwise required under applicable consumer law.

Cases where a refund is usually not available

  • You forgot to cancel before the renewal date.
  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • You did not use the service during the billing period.
  • You are dissatisfied with results, lead quality, or feature availability where the service was accessible as described.
  • Your account was suspended or restricted for breach of our Terms and Conditions.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the charge date at support [at] dataslug.com or via our contact page. Include your account email address, the payment date, the amount charged, and the reason for your request. We may request additional information to verify the charge.

Processing times

Review and payment timing

We aim to review refund requests within 5 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be sent back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Once submitted, your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to post the refund to your account.

Partial refunds

Where appropriate, we may issue a full refund or a partial refund. Any decision to issue a goodwill refund or partial refund is made on a case-by-case basis and does not waive our right to apply this policy in future cases.

Cancellations

How cancellation works

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the cancellation page or by contacting us. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period, and you will not be charged again unless you reactivate.

Effect of cancellation on refunds

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals only. Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period, except where required by law or where we expressly agree otherwise.
