The Success is a Journey mentoring program was born from a passion for serving young men age 7 to 17. In 2023 Eric Samuels founded the Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) to provide leadership discipline and character building resources for young men. Not all youth are born with privilege opportunities or a positive network. Some are raised throughout their lives thinking theyll never be able to live the life theyll want. This is because of the environment and the people who they surround themselves with every single day. Every young man should have the ability to create the life theyve always wanted and thats what Success is a Journey provides. Our ongoing commitment to continuously improve and implement our programmatic initiatives is what drives us. Helping shape our mentees realize their potential by showing them how to be successful and significant stressing the importance of obtaining and applying education and providing them the tools that empower them for self-sufficiency cultivated civic and business leadership.
