Institute on Race and Poverty
The Institute on Race & Poverty at the University of Minnesota Law School explores new legal and empirical scholarship about race and regionalism and pursues the potential for coalitions for regional reform among people of all races. IRP encourages Blacks whites Latinos and others to discuss the growing policy and legal framework that shapes our understanding of racial dynamics in regional affairs. IRPs goals are to create scholarship commentary and dialogue to increase the understanding and support of those unfairly constrained by race and poverty.
