After many years as a computer programmer the desire to create something tangible was strong no one tells you how beautiful your code is. So I decided to change career. I studied Fine Woodwork at the Building Crafts College in London founded in 1893 by the Worshipful Company of Carpenters. After two years of study I received a distinction for my work and a City & Guilds Medal for Excellence. Although programming and cabinet making are very different disciplines they do share similar skills such as a logical thought process and attention to detail. My design ethos minimise and modernise results in a clean and contemporary look to my work. ![]() |
