Majoring in Art at the University of South Florida she began her career as a watercolor artist. After moving to Westport Connecticut she transitioned into interior and garden design beginning with her storybook “Ivy Cottage” which went on to be featured in multiple house and garden tours. After moving to Santa Barbara Elizabeth was immediately inspired by the laid-back lifestyle that California had to offer. She and her husband bought The Little Glass House a 1950’s ranch that had been transformed into a mid-century modern. While her work in New England consisted of expansive gardens antique accents and farmhouse touches the West Coast encouraged a more natural and modern use of materials along with a blend of using indoor-outdoor spaces interchangeably.
