Except life is too short to not do the work to find out who you really are not what you’ve been told you are or have been assigned promoted or fallen in to. Your Spark is who you are at your core; it’s what lights you up inside. And believe it or not everyone has one. Even you; especially you. Let’s start to discover it together shall we? Once upon a time perhaps you had a dream you were certain was yours to pursue. But time and life stepped in and took over. Maybe you’ve forgotten what it was you dreamed about if you ever knew in the first place. That absolutely happened to me. That’s why I’ve created Spark work. I’ve developed a practical and soulful series of steps to help you ignite or spark for possibly the first time your dream for what is next. I’ve had the opportunity to practice this work on myself and see the kinds of transformational changes that happened because of it. And I’ve shared the work with others who are seeing their lives grow and change in extraordinary ways too. So what about you? Are you ready to dream more have more and be more? My Professional Bio Dayna Del Val is on a mission to help others discover the spark they were born with through her extraordinary blog and newsletter professional talks and the Discover Your Spark experiences she leads. She’ll help you not just identify and articulate your dreams but develop a framework to get going on the pursuit of those dreams—today in the next few months and for the years ahead. She’s at the intersection of remarkable and so so ordinary and she bets you are too. Join her on the journey. In February 2020 Dayna and her husband Dr Andrew Mazz Marry launched a nine-week 27-part multi-media series about his fall into and climb out of alcoholism and their joint journey back to a joyful marriage. They hosted a twice weekly livestream called Daily Dose of Dr Marry & DD from July 202 until December 15 2022 where they openly shared their experiences (and have guests on to share theirs too) so others feel less alone. They are helping end the stigma and shame of alcoholism. For nearly 13 years and for the first two+ years of this work Dayna was the President & CEO of The Arts Partnership in Fargo ND an umbrella arts nonprofit organization dedicated to cultivating community through the arts. Additionally she is a professional stage and commercial actor. She launched the original Legendary tourism ads for the state of North Dakota but for some reason everyone seems to focus on the Josh Duhamel ones instead. 😉 Dayna holds a Master’s degree in English Composition as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre. |  |
